Dear Mrs Wang,
I am very sorry to hear of the death of your husband, Mr Wang Yinhui. He was a good man and a great engineer. I am familiar with the excellent work he did on the Ertan Project. He contributed much and will be sorely missed by the Engineering Profession in China.
