My father-1

When people are asked about the question who is the one they admire the most, the answers could not be more different. Indeed, everyone has their hero in their hearts, and I also have mine: he is my father. There are various reasons why he is the person I admire the most; he helped me during my adolescent years. He was also my best friend. Throughout the years, my father was my best teacher. He took an important role in my life. The relationship of my father with me was different from others. From when I was only eight months old, I grew up by my grandparents. Memory of my father began with an upsetting thing when I was eight years old. That was a summer holiday; I had come home to our family. One evening, all families sat to drink tea. When I took the cup of tea and wanted to drink, my father said suddenly, “don’t drink SUN WU KONG in your belly!” “What is the meaning?” I didn’t know, but my old sister and younger brother both laughed very much. I was proud of my father’s knowledge and his educated ways, but I was upset for my lack of these knowledges. From then on, my father strengthened my education especially. When he stayed with us, he would consciously tell me the stories that he had told my sister and brother once again; when he stayed with me, he would tell me the stories I didn’t know. When I seventeen year old, I returned to live with my parents. Over the years, he successfully made a great transition from a strict father to a kind friend for my. I remember how I would look forward to the weekends when I would spend time with him. Almost after lunch every Sunday, my father would give me some special courses on famous novels. By this way, he spoke to me some world famous novels such as The Three MusketeersThe Count of Monte Christoles Miserable and many other famous Chinese novels. Two years later, when I graduated from high school, I left home once again. Different from before, this time my father had been in my heart. Whenever I was in trouble with issues which I could not solve by myself, the first person I would call was my father, because I knew I would received both the consolation and the support. He had always been on my side and cared about my development. Whenever I met difficulty, my father would write long letter to me. These letters gave me knowledge and strength. They gave me encourage and capacity and led me the way to solve the difficult issues. My father tried his best to shape my personality as patient and optimistic when facing difficulties. These letters have been preserved and have become my best encouragement. Now my father had passed away for two years but he always lives in my heart forever.
